The Dad Assist Package Details & Sign Up
The Dad Assist & How It Works
This exclusive package is only available to those who are Family Adventures by the Dad clients or clients at Once Upon a Time Vacations.
Even if you don’t sign up for The Dad Assist Package, you WILL receive information and videos to help you with Lightning Lane Multi Pass & Lightning Lane Single Pass.
Included with the Dad Assist Package
You will be assigned a team member who is experienced in the My Disney Experience App & has experience with the Lightning Lane (LL) features
We will communicate with you to confirm your attraction choices
We setup your LL Multi Pass features for you.
We attempt to get your first choice LL Multi Pass and LL Single Pass selections at 6AM Central Time for each park day you have signed up for.
We attempt the Virtual Queue for you (the morning you’re at those park)
$25 for the entire family (up to 11 people) per park day
Process, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Once you have signed up for The Dad Assist Package, you will be placed on a list for your date of travel/LL opening date.
To be fair to everyone who might share a day with another family, the order of the list will be first come first serve.
Closer to the time of travel, you will be assigned a team member
They will introduce themselves via text
They will request payment
Payment to hold your spot is due within 24 hours of payment request-via text.
This is not during sign up
We will let you know about payment in a private message or text.
If the payment is not made within 24 hours your spot is forfeited.
Once payment has been made to your team member, payment is non-refundable.
Lightning Lane Multi Pass & Lightning Lane Single Pass Payment is Separate
Both LL Multi Pass & LL Single Pass varies by day and is a purchase per person.
We will not know the amount to be charged until the morning of. Prices will vary based on time of year and date ranging anywhere from $15-$39 per person per day.
If you sign up for this package, you understand the agree to my Dad Assist Package team member charging the card on file in the My Disney Experience account for the cost of Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or the Lightning Lane Single Pass.
With this new system, there will be a charge at the end that will be for the total of each day/LL purchased.
Requesting
The Dad Assist
If you fill out this form, you will be placed on the list for the Dad Assist Package for Walt Disney World. Closer to your travel date, you will receive a text from your assigned team member who will assist you the rest of the way.
This package will be processed on a first come first serve basis, but we will do our best to assign a team member for as many clients as possible.
Reminders
You are responsible for the per person cost of Lightning Lane Multi Pass & any Lightning Lane Single Passes you wish to purchase. They will be charged to the card on file in your My Disney Experience App.
This package is a $25 per day cost paid directly to an assigned team member.
This separate payment to hold your spot is due within 24 hours of the payment request
If payment is not made, your spot will be forfeited.
You will be contacted by your team member via text closer to your travel time.
Once payment has been made to your team member, payment is non-refundable.
